Refund & Returns Policy

e-surveyor offers a full refund policy on surveys that are instructed and paid for but not carried out. If you pay for a survey and wish to cancel for whatever reason please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after the Survey has actually been carried out.

Refund Timeframe

Once an application has been made for a refund and the survey has not been carried out we will refund the amount paid direct to your account via Paypal within 2 working days.

We will let you know of the time of the survey by email. This will normally be 2-3 days before we actually carry out the survey but will also be dependent on access to the property. You must inform us by 11 am on the preceding working day of the survey if you wish to cancel to receive a full refund. If cancellation is after 11am on the working day proceeding the survey then a refund will be given less a £150 plus vat cancellation fee. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations on the day of the survey.
