Survey Terms & Conditions

Once you have instructed we will advise your chosen surveyor. Your surveyor will contact you directly with their terms and conditions and then make arrangements with you or the agent to undertake the survey. Please read the terms and conditions and return them signed to your surveyor. The contract for the survey will be between you and your chosen surveyor. e-surveyor will ensure that the surveyor had up to date insurance but cannot be held responsible for the content of the survey or the actions of the surveyor. If you have a complaint about the surveyor or wish to make a claim due to the content of the survey then in the first instance please contact the RICS.

You can use the site to view your account and see your survey when it is ready - just login on the home page with your email address and password.
