Defect Analysis

As Chartered Building Surveyors we are specifically trained in the subjects of building pathology and construction technology and using these skills we can inspect your property and discover the cause and recommend a solution usually within a few hours.

Over the years we have inspected thousands of properties and identified problems, found their causes and specified appropriate remedial measures. Buildings are not static, but alter and adapt through the changing seasons and general conditions. Problems arise that require rectification to prevent further disrepair.

If you have noticed something that concerns you, we are able to inspect the defect and prepare a letter format report. This will include a description of the defect and an analysis of its implications for the property and the occupiers, together with a remedial solution.
